Barrington 220 Educational Foundation believes that cultivating student curiosity becomes easier when students are immersed in real-word experiences. We proudly support the new BHS Culinary Internship Program that teaches professional culinary skills and techniques such as proper knife use, food safety, menu planning, cooking techniques, and more. In addition, front of the house operations like staffing, hospitality management, the economics of food, and marketing are taught as well.
